This is your opportunity to bring our brand promise to life and help cultivate a strong sense of belonging among our residents Selected candidates will be trained to deliver exceptional customer service, curate on-property events, and execute social media marketing strategies. They will report to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities: Delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents, representing the Weave brand in all aspects Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residential community Recognizing and anticipating/reacting to the changing needs, expectations, and emotions of our customers, working with all in-house teams to ensure that the brand and its products and services are all coordinated to deliver the greatest possible customer experience Coordinating and executing community initiatives and events designed to develop resident relationships and help build both brand and property awareness in partnership with the Operations team Be the go-to person for residents and coordinate with the on-property operations team to resolve resident issues with professionalism and patience Reporting on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experience Conducting property viewings to support our leasing strategy when needed Executing social media marketing strategies at the property level in collaboration with the Marketing team Requirements: Strong people skills - approachable, a good listener, and empathetic 2+ years of professional working experience with extensive time in a customer-facing setting Background in boutique hotel, service accommodation, or co-working environments will be a plus Experience in coordinating events will be a plus. Experience in adapting to challenges, dealing with emergency or crises and managing conflict and complaints in a constantly changing environment. Flexibility in schedule - work hours will be shift-based between an early shift (8am - 5pm) and a late shift (11am - 8pm) Strong communication skills in written and spoken English. Other languages would be an advantage.
