Assistant Director - Change and Communications - One Year Contract
One Year Contract (with possible extension) for market leading Investment Management organisation.
Salary up to a max of $15,000 per month with one month completion bonus.
Experience within the Investment / Asset Management industry is highly preferable.
Role Overview
This role is to be responsible for leading change management initiatives with a strong focus on communications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex change projects within the finance / insurance / asset management industry and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct leadership visioning exercise to define the vision for change, focus areas and strategic priorities, and change-narrative to achieve future ways of working.
Understand stakeholders impacted by the change via stakeholder analysis. Align on governance structure including RACI matrix for program execution.
Conduct change impact assessments to identify and mitigate risks. Align internal resources and engage change champions in the design of the Change Management plan.
Deploy preliminary Change Readiness Assessments.
Design tailored communication and engagement plans e.g., guidance around communication and engagement materials, Change Champion Network guidelines to enable impacted stakeholder groups’ engagement.
Mobilize the Change Champion Network to address resistance gaps and support new behaviour.
Create clear understanding, acceptance, and adoption of change by delivering timely, relevant information and support active engagement and ongoing dialogue.
Identify Aladdin training needs of impacted stakeholders and develop training plan.
Design training materials and communication collaterals to guide employees on upcoming changes.
Facilitate training arrangements between BRS & ESI e.g., identification of training methods and channels, mapping between functions/roles and training requirements.
Advise training approach and develop guidelines around documentation and certification journey.
Govern training completion and assess training effectiveness based on employee feedback.
Deploy Change Readiness Assessment to monitor and evaluate change.
Highlight key gaps in targeted stakeholder readiness levels and provide tactical actions to bridge readiness gaps before Go-Live. Design and deliver Go-Live communications and engagement to employees.
Create a post Go-Live support model with trackable change adoption metrics (KPIs).
Experience / Skill Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in change management.
Strong experience in the asset management industry is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
