Project Coordinator Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of roller shutter door projects.

Your primary goal will be to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven project delivery. This involves developing and managing project plans, timelines, and milestones. You will also liaise directly with clients to capture requirements, provide updates, and conduct site measurements.

In addition, you will collaborate with the sales team on proposals and cost estimations, support procurement by sourcing and coordinating delivery of required materials/equipment, and allocate manpower and coordinate onsite works to ensure seamless execution.

You will also monitor project progress, troubleshoot delays, and propose corrective actions as needed. Furthermore, you will lead regular project meetings and report status to management and stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in English is required, and ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage. Familiarity with project management tools/software is also beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in project coordination/management within the building or construction industry. A valid Class 3 Driving License is mandatory. The job is primarily field-based, covering project sites across Singapore, but may require occasional attendance at the company's office/workshop.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a secondary school certificate; diploma/degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
  • At least 2 years in project coordination/management within the building or construction industry
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
  • Familiarity with project management tools/software
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Knowledge of roller shutter door systems is advantageous

Note: Valid Class 3 Driving License is strictly mandatory. Candidates without a Class 3 license will not be considered.
