Job Title: Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of roller shutter door projects from initial client consultation to installation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Liaise directly with clients to capture requirements, provide updates, and conduct site measurements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on proposals and cost estimations.
  • Support procurement by sourcing and coordinating delivery of required materials/equipment.
  • Allocate manpower and coordinate onsite works to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot delays, and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead regular project meetings and report status to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company quality standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a secondary school certificate; diploma/degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • At least 2 years in project coordination/management within the building or construction industry.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese.
  • Familiarity with project management tools/software.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Compulsory Requirements
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is a key requirement for this role.
  • Willingness to work 6-day weeks.
