Location: Yishun Reporting to: MD Job Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing equipment improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs. Decide on operations matters and ensure operations’ effective achievement of objectives. Own & Drive the equipment KPI’s & performance indices (for eg. Uptime, OEE, OPE, MTTR and other related). To drive productivity and cost improvement thru uph, uptime, automation, process simplification. Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks Responsible for guiding subordinates in resolving yield and quality issues, related to equipment. To lead / coach managers in driving yield, quality and productivity. Support manufacturing goals / NPI / engineering activities / quality performance mtgs / manage related issues. To lead & drive material / consumable cost reduction programs, through value engineering programs. Sustain and provide continuous improvement yield/ quality /productivity through planning, evaluating, verifying and executing procedures to ensure that products meet all customers’ requirements. Daily equipment review/monitoring of equipment performance matrices and cross support manufacturing performance. Analyse current operational process and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary. Ensures that company / department goals are met. Able to cohesively co-work with all supporting groups & process and manufacturing team. Qualifications Degree in Engineering discipline (preferably with a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
