Job Purpose
We are seeking a Client Success Manager / Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of LocktonConnect, our core client platform. Acting as a bridge between Teambase and our client, this role will combine platform expertise, project management, and client engagement to ensure successful delivery and long-term success.
Job Description, Key Tasks and Measurements
Act as a LocktonConnect platform SME, providing guidance, training, documentation and support to clients and stakeholders.
Lead project management activities across client rollouts, onboarding, and adoption programs.
Work closely with users to gather and document requirements. Analyze requirements to ensure they are clear, complete and feasible.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
Oversee release management, ensuring platform updates are communicated, managed and adopted effectively.
Support users’ testing and troubleshooting to ensure system meets agreed requirements.
Collaborate with client teams to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and influence platform enhancements.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as business administration.
4+ years’ experience in Project Management, ideally within SaaS or platform rollouts.
PMP or PRINCE2 or similar project management qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong track record in delivering SaaS implementations, client rollouts, or onboarding projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business outcomes.
Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of insurance or InsurTech is an advantage but not essential.
