Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily food production operations (cooking, frying, packing, labeling). • Ensure all products meet Wahyu Brand’s quality and hygiene standards. • Plan production schedules based on orders and inventory levels. • Monitor staff performance and ensure safety and cleanliness in the production area. • Maintain records for production output, wastage, and inventory. • Assist in training and guiding production workers. • Ensure compliance with SFA/NEA food safety standards. • Report equipment issues or breakdowns promptly. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in food production or F&B manufacturing. • Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices. • Able to lead a small team and meet daily production targets. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
