About the Role

  • Conduct Engaging Lessons: Use interactive teaching methods, personalized instruction, and creative exercises to keep students motivated and eager to learn.
  • Encourage Growth: Prepare students for performances and provide clear goals and guiding them every step of the way.
  • Stay Connected: Provide regular progress updates to parents through our platform, ensuring they stay informed and engaged in their child's musical journey.
  • Host Recitals: Organize student performances and showcase events that give students the confidence to perform in front of an audience and celebrate their achievements.
  • Grow with Us: Represent us at outreach events, roadshows, and other initiatives to promote the joy of music education and connect with new students.
  • Track Progress with Positivity: Assess students' abilities, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate milestones to keep them motivated and confident.
  • Inspire & Lead: Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and develop their musical creativity.
  • Keep Learning & Growing: Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on the latest music education trends.
  • Be a Role Model: Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching while bringing your own unique personality into the classroom.
