Senior Process Development Engineer

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Engineer to support our process development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application engineering support to customers
  • Perform in-house application test cuts and on-site customer support
  • Handle customer claims for abrasive products
  • Communicate frequently with engineers from Japan
  • Participate in company-organized activities
  • Promote good interdepartmental relationships
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in mechanical, electronic or any other engineering disciplines.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry, is also required.

Knowledge or experience with Dicer, Grinder, or Laser equipment is preferred.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge on blades, wheels, and laser support.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers.
