Digital Transformation

We are exclusively partner with a client in the Consumer space and they are looking for a newly created APAC Digital Transformation and AI Leader to spearhead enterprise-wide transformation by developing and implementing digital and AI-driven initiatives. The role drives practical AI adoption, data utilization, and digital innovation across business units, enabling process optimization and future-ready operations. This position combines strategic planning, cross‐functional leadership, and hands‐on execution to translate AI and automation opportunities into measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Develop mid- to long‐term DX/AI strategy and roadmap, aligning with senior management on digital priorities. Design, pilot, and implement practical AI and automation use cases such as document automation, data extraction, and digital assistants. Lead organizational change management to enhance digital literacy and adoption across regional teams. Promote a data‐driven culture through training, storytelling, and success‐case amplification. Project & Stakeholder Management Manage multiple transformation projects in parallel — from concept to PoC to implementation and scale‐up. Collaborate with business, R&D, operations, HR, and IT teams to identify automation and analytics opportunities. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and measurable ROI. Partner with cross‐regional entities to expand AI initiatives from Singapore to global sites. AI Solutions Enablement Evaluate and integrate suitable AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OCR tools, Power Automate, LLM APIs, open‐source models). Oversee data infrastructure and model deployment in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Work with IT to ensure secure, ethical, and compliant AI development aligned with governance and safety standards. Prepare proof‐of‐concept demos and internal documentation for management and external stakeholders. Capability Development & Future Service Model Build and mentor a small internal AI team; develop competencies in automation, analytics, and prompt engineering. Design and deliver DX/AI literacy programs to raise enterprise awareness. Explore the potential to develop chargeable AI services for regional group companies, including cost models and service frameworks. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Business. 8 years of relevant experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation within an MNC environment. Track record of driving digital innovation, from roadmap creation to project portfolio execution. Experience implementing machine learning and generative AI solutions for business efficiency or new business development. Exposure to organizational transformation, including team building and training programs. Required Skills Strategic Planning: Ability to define and communicate DX/AI roadmaps across leadership levels. Project Management: Skilled in managing parallel projects, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. Change Management: Strong capability to influence, persuade, and transform organizational mindset. Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of data platforms, AI models, and generative AI tools (coding not required). Communication: Acts as a "translator" between management, technical teams, and operations. Education & Facilitation: Designs and delivers engaging DX/AI learning experiences.
