Act as main client contact, resolving concerns and aligning services with expectations. Monitor systems with tools like CloudWatch or Azure Monitor to prevent disruptions. Conduct service reviews, provide insights, and maintain strong client relationships. Manage cloud resources, capacity planning, and cost optimization to meet business needs. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a closely related field. 5+ years’ experience in service delivery, with cloud operations expertise. Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments and monitoring tools. Familiarity with DevOps, ITIL, and automation for service efficiency improvements. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills for client success. The successful Cloud Service Delivery Manager must possess strong technical and client management expertise.
