Product Data Specialist Role
Job Overview:
The Product Data Specialist is a key member of the product lifecycle management team responsible for creating, controlling and managing changes to customer's technical product data (TPD) packages in the product lifecycle management (PLM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Responsibilities include checking the correctness and completeness of product packages, working with customers to define new TPD requirements, maintaining required customer items, bill of materials and TPDs in PLM and ERP systems, creating and controlling item part numbers, BOM and TPD in PLM and ERP systems, creating projects in the ERP system for customer sales orders, implementing engineering change orders and deploying changes to relevant persons-in-charge, ensuring all required information for TPD are provided and approved by the customer.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions.
  • Good communication skills.
