We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Annotators. As a Data Annotator, you will play a critical role in enhancing the gaming experience for players by ensuring accuracy and consistency in game content.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art large language models and audio and video generation technologies.

  • Annotate game content such as dialogues, quests, and character interactions
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players' gaming experience
  • Annotate and evaluate model responses against our internal language & logic rubrics
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong foundation in writing/storytelling/copywriting/technical writing/STEM/data disciplines (including data analysis, data manipulation, data reporting). A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.

  • Passion for gaming, especially those experienced in narrative-driven or role-playing games
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience working with AI models (including RLHF, fine-tuning, evaluating, comparing, auditing model data)
