Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze faults in industrial control systems, power distribution networks, and instrumentation equipment.

  • Supervise maintenance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and procedures.
  • Read and interpret electrical and instrumentation schematics and specifications.
  • Collaborate with contractors and maintenance teams to provide technical support.
  • Assess and optimize preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures.
  • Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and perform inspections for E&I maintenance works.
  • Prepare performance reports and evaluate technical proposals.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining industrial control systems, power distribution networks, and instrumentation equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading electrical and instrumentation schematics and understanding system design principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving equipment issues independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
