Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned management professional to partner with senior finance leaders and drive regional finance projects focused on process improvement, reporting efficiency, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized operator, and cross-functional problem solver with a track record of making complex things simpler and more effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage initiatives such as month-end/quarter-end process optimization, budgeting & forecasting cycles, and internal policy rollouts.
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and help design and implement solutions that reduce manual work and improve turnaround times.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives, such as documentation improvements, dashboard/report development, or light-touch system/process enhancements.
  • Prepare status updates, track KPIs, and ensure timely reporting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in project management, finance operations, or business partnering and planning, ideally in financial services, fintech, or a regional corporate environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in key markets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
