Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the operational performance, reliability, and compliance of our data centers within a region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring 24/7 uptime, energy efficiency, capacity planning, and adherence to safety and security standards.

  • Lead operational teams and contractors to deliver SLA and budget requirements.
  • Oversee audits, certifications, incident management, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operations and maintenance, sustainability, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and scale operational capabilities of GPU-as-a-Service platforms in the region.
  • Oversee provisioning, monitoring, uptime, and performance of GPU clusters and platforms.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and lifecycle support.
  • Implement systems for usage tracking, billing accuracy, SLA management, and support workflows.
Regional Leadership & Strategy
  • Drive operational readiness for new site launches and service expansion.
  • Manage KPIs and reporting for both data center and GPUaaS operations.
  • Foster a culture of safety, excellence, and high-performance across diverse teams.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure, or related mission-critical environments.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-site operations.
