Education Centre Leader Role

As an Education Centre Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of our education centre. This includes scheduling, resource allocation, and facilities upkeep.

You will ensure compliance with relevant policies, guidelines, and safety standards. Your role will also involve overseeing efficient registration, billing, and enquiry handling processes.

To drive student enrolment, you will need to implement effective sales, marketing, and community outreach initiatives. You will monitor student performance and satisfaction, providing timely feedback and support.

As a leader, you will motivate and lead your team to deliver excellent service and meet centre objectives. You will conduct performance reviews and provide continuous staff development.

In this role, you will prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for management decision-making.

  • Diploma or degree in business, education, or related field is required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in education management, retail management, or customer service leadership is necessary.
  • Proven track record in sales, business growth, or centre operations management is highly valued.
  • Ability to work on weekends (with weekday off-days) is expected.

This is a permanent position with salary opportunities and bonus structures.

Prior experience in setting up education centres is ideal but not essential.
