Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our preschool as a Centre Principal.

This is a management role that requires strong leadership skills, passion for early childhood education, and ability to work well with staff and parents.

  • Overall management and daily operations of the centre will be overseen by the successful candidate.
  • The person in this position will also lead and support a team of educators and staff.
  • Curriculum planning and implementation will be ensured to be smooth.
  • Maintenance of centre compliance with ECDA guidelines and regulations is required.
  • Enrolment matters and liaison with parents when needed will be handled by the Centre Principal.
  • Teaching quality will be monitored and a safe, nurturing environment will be ensured.
  • Administrative duties, budgeting, and procurement will be managed by the Centre Principal.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role is required.
  • ECDA-recognised L2 certification or equivalent is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is required.
  • Team-oriented and able to lead with a hands-on approach are qualities we look for in our ideal candidate.
Working Conditions
  • 8.5 hours per day with flexible schedule.
