Who Will Be The One?Comes with 4 years of FMCG experience in consumer insight/data analytic. Individual with experience in analysing consumer data such as Nielsen/ Kantar. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across different departments. Strong project management abilities with a focus on follow-through. Experience in Power BI is a plus. What You'll Do Support the commercial team with regular updates on business performance, which includes daily, weekly, monthly sales and execution reports. Support the commercial planning and sales team on: Promotion strategies and post promotion evaluation, business reviews and ad hoc analyses. Support the leadership team on reporting and analyses, such as monthly closing reports, business planning, ad hoc analysis. Support on monthly incentive target setting, result tabulation and submission for payroll. Work closely with other functions (e.g. Finance, Sales) to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Continuously effort to improve reporting efficiency and relevance, refreshing reports to reflect relevant metrics according to business needs.
