Overview Case Review & Investigation (CRIU) Analyst role at Citi. Global Legal Affairs and Compliance (GLAC) supports Citi by providing legal, compliance, investigative, and security services. This position is based in Singapore and is Hybrid (Internal Job Title: CRIU Intermediate Analyst - C11). We offer on-the-job training and development, exposure to senior leaders, and opportunities to contribute to Citi's community through volunteerism. Responsibilities Conduct investigations and research on potentially suspicious clients using various internal and external systems and databases Conduct Cross Sector reviews among multiple Citi business lines Document and report review/investigation findings and prepare case files with the required supporting documentation Summarize, in writing, clear and concise findings of the investigation Advise senior management on next steps and provide recommendations on next course of action (relationship retention, termination, Suspicious Activity Report (SAR))Manage risk by analyzing the root cause of issues and impact to business Operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgement and autonomy Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency Qualifications 2-5 years' relevant experience Knowledge of AML regulations preferred Proficient in MS Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated analytical skills Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience Additional information Citi provides programs and services for physical and mental well-being, including telehealth options, health advocates, confidential counseling (coverage varies by country)Expanded Paid Parental Leave Policy to include Citi employees worldwide Employees are empowered to manage their financial well-being and future planning Working at Citi Working at Citi is more than a job.
