Overview Senior Engineer, Quality role at STMicroelectronics. The position supports STMicroelectronics Global Logistics and Warehousing Organization (GLWO) operations, developing, implementing and monitoring processes to ensure logistics and warehousing operations meet quality requirements and company policies. Work Location: 7 Loyang Drive, Loyang Industrial Estate, Singapore Your Role This role is required to support STMicroelectronics Global Logistics and Warehousing Organization (GLWO) operations. Develops, implements and monitors processes to ensure logistics and warehousing operation meet the established quality requirements and company policies. Key Responsibilities Establish quality control processes, procedures and specifications; analyze quality data; document findings; collaborate with other departments; drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operation quality and customer satisfaction. Monitoring and Inspection: govern inspection processes including monthly reporting of Quality Control inspection status; maintain, review and propose inspection frequency to ensure effectiveness in defect detection; monitor, track and drive quality improvement of shipping damage performance; collect, analyze and report quality performance trends and identify areas for improvement in GLWO processes. Quality Procedure & Specification Management: ensure quality procedures and specifications are up-to-date and validated; act as the point of contact for Quality Procedure & Specification reviews; lead, coordinate and communicate implementation of updated procedures and specifications; provide training related to Quality Procedures and Specifications to stakeholders. FMEA and Control Plan Management: responsible for GLWO FMEA and Control Plan governance; lead Master FMEA reviews with core team members; govern site-level FMEA and Control Plan validation and accuracy; drive cross-site sharing of detection controls across GLWO; report FMEA and Control Plan validation status as central point of approval. Regional Quality in Operation and Quality Improvement (EMEA & US): lead regular meetings with regional operation teams on quality matters; cascade quality information (QMS directives and related needs); drive quality improvement activities aligned with corporate strategy; support regional teams on quality-in-operation matters; perform audits per program to ensure policy and standard compliance. Stakeholder Engagement: work with Corporate Quality, Operations Team and Logistics Service Providers to cascade information, resolve quality issues and ensure processes meet quality requirements. Other: support or lead organization improvement projects; support Corporate Quality initiatives; train quality inspectors; recommend improvements to existing processes and systems. Your Skills & Experiences Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management and Quality Control Strong knowledge of Quality Tools, FMEA, Control Plan and data analysis Certification in IATF16949 lead auditor is advantageous Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics processes and semiconductor industry preferred Good communication, problem solving, time-management and leadership skills Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is advantageous ST is proud to be recognized as a Global Top Employer for 2025 and is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
