Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced technical leader to drive our engineering teams in deploying complex cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise to guide implementations and develop client-facing solutions for APAC enterprises.

This role involves leading a team of 8-12 engineers across cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure teams, conducting code/architecture reviews, and developing upskilling programs for emerging tech.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Team Leadership (40%):
    • Lead a high-performing team of engineers.
    • Conduct regular code reviews.
    • Develop upskilling programs for emerging technologies.
  • Project Delivery Oversight (30%):
    • Oversight of concurrent projects including:
      • Cybersecurity: XDR/MDR rollouts, PAM, cloud security posture management.
      • Network: SD-WAN, NGFW, SASE implementations.
      • Infrastructure: Hybrid cloud, hyperconverged systems.
    • Implement DevOps practices for deployment automation.
    • Manage RAID logs for high-risk projects.
  • Presales Solutioning (30%):
    • Architect client solutions aligned to frameworks such as NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK.
    • Lead RFP responses with pricing strategy.
    • Deliver technical deep dives/POCs for strategic opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Mandatory Expertise:
    • Cybersecurity: Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and cloud security tools.
    • Network: Advanced routing/switching, SD-WAN, load balancing, wireless design.
    • Infrastructure: Virtualization, containerization, IaC.
