Job Description – SAP FSCM Consultant (S/4HANA)Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)Project Type: SAP S/4HANA Implementation Start Date: Jan 2026Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP FSCM Consultant to join a large-scale S/4HANA implementation project in Singapore. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions across Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management, and Treasury integrations. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of SAP FSCM components: Documented Credit Decisions (DCD)Biller Direct / Electronic Bills (if in scope)Configure and support S/4HANA innovations including: Collection strategies, worklists, and workflows Case management for disputes Integration with Accounts Receivable, SD, and Treasury Conduct requirement workshops, gather business needs, and perform fit-gap analysis. Prepare configuration documents, functional design specs, test scenarios, and user training materials. Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare. Ensure FSCM processes align with internal controls, risk management, and financial governance standards. Work with technical teams for RICEFW development: Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows. Support integration with: SAP FI-AR for Collections & Disputes SAP BTP/CPI for interfaces (Credit data, risk scoring, outbound/inbound APIs)External credit agencies (optional)Debug FSCM-related issues and perform root-cause analysis. Required Skills & Experience 8–12+ years of experience in SAP FSCM. Strong hands‐on experience with Credit, Collections & Dispute Management in SAP S/4HANA. Experience in at least 1–2 full‐cycle S/4HANA implementation projects. Strong knowledge of AR processes and integration with SD & FI. Good understanding of business partner setup, credit rules, and workflow automation. Excellent problem‐solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work onsite with business teams and lead functional discussions independently.
