About HMI Medical Centre: Established in 2018, HMI Medical Centre is Singapore’s first large-scale ambulatory care centre designed to make healthcare simple. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and increase patient acquisition across both online and offline channels.
Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the HMI Medical Centre brand, including overseeing clinics and Centres of Excellence operated by the Medical Centre. This role requires a balance of digital marketing expertise and offline marketing capabilities. Additionally, this role will oversee offline marketing initiatives, event planning, collateral development, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy, Planning & Performance Management:
- Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar and budget, ensuring alignment with business goals, consistent branding, and cost-effective resource use.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and prepare reports with insights for continuous improvement.
Digital Marketing Oversight:
- Provide strategic guidance to the digital marketing agency to ensure advertising campaigns align with business objectives.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media ads, and display ads.
- Monitor digital marketing performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
Content & Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a content strategy for social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
- Plan and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging visual and written content for social media platforms.
Communications & Media Support:
- Support internal/external communications and PR efforts, enhancing brand positioning and media presence.
- Support the Group brand and Communications lead in creating positive news to drive PR value across earned media channels to position HMI Medical Centre’s as medical thought leaders by staying on top of trending health topics in the local news and pitch timely news angles to tier 1 media.
Offline Marketing Initiatives:
- Develop and manage marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, and other printed materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for design, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Implement offline marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and patient outreach.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to plan, coordinate, and execute events.
- Manage event logistics, budgeting, and post-event evaluation to measure success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
- Familiarity with HCSAR (Healthcare Services Advertisement Regulation) standards and guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of both digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Experience working with and managing external agencies for digital marketing execution.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in content creation, event planning, and branding.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
