Overview
As a Process Improvement Consultant at TTEC, you will play a vital role in global process improvement initiatives to deliver world-class customer solutions to clients. Working remotely in India, you will engage in client-facing activities, provide recommendations for internal standardization, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency across the global company footprint. Reporting to an Executive Director, Project Management, you will be the primary point of contact overseeing various client projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reports to manage continuous performance improvement.
Implement robust Control Planning and Compliance Measures to monitor enhancements.
Communicate project performance updates to management.
Contribute to client-facing presentations.
Recommend process standards for consistent methodology.
Provide Lean Six Sigma educational support, coach students through Lean Six Sigma Education offerings, and support departmental improvements.
Engage in client-facing activities, lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency across the global footprint.
Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience.
Certified Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt.
Experience in process improvement methodology.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications and statistical software like Minitab.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading global improvement initiatives.
