For more information, please visit Job description: Job Responsibilities We are seeking a junior to mid-level lawyer to join our non-casino legal team. The ideal candidate would have good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Act as the company's trusted legal advisor, support a broad range of businesses e.g. hotels, attractions, food & beverage, provide strategic and timely legal advice aligned with the company's objectives, and maintain a business-partnering mindset that proactively seeks to identify and resolve problems. Contract Negotiation and Legal Advisory: · Advise on contracts, including services agreements, licences, collaboration and marketing agreements · Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to protect the company's interest. · Offer hands-on guidance on legal and commercial affairs with the ability to identify and analyze issueswith clear recommendations. · Advise internal stakeholders of contractual rights, obligations and interpretation of terms. Risk Mitigation: · Identify key legal risks and provide strategic legal advice to mitigate these risks. · Support the resolution of legal disputes · Collaborate with and manage external counsels and advisors to address complex legal matters and protect the company's interests. Stakeholder Engagement: · Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with legal requirements. · Conduct training sessions. Legal Strategy: · Contribute to the development of and lead legal strategies and process improvements. · Monitor and analyze developments in the law and regulatory changes that may impact the company. Qualities · Law degree or J. D. from a reputable university and admitted to the Singapore Bar · 2-5 years' PQE · Confident and clear communicator, able to work with people · Experience in partnering with fast-paced internal clients and supporting business objectives · Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously · Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented lawyer, who is comfortable working independently and possesses a "can-do" attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
