Job Highlights Location: Dempsey Working days: 5-days per week (rotating shift across Weekends & PH)Daily staff lunch Job Scope Creative & Design Design and create high-quality floral arrangements for daily orders and various occasions including weddings, events, and for corporate clients Consult with clients to understand their needs, suggest design ideas on suitable flower combinations Contribute to the creation of new floral recipes and designs, showcasing creativity and expertise in floral artistry Handle mid to small-scale wedding setups, creating mood boards for proposals and providing simple sketches to visualize designs Stay updated on floral trends and seasonal designs Assist with merchandising and visual displays in-store and for events Operations & Workflow Manage daily floral operations including inventory control, flower conditioning, order production, and shop presentation Take responsibility for assigning orders to all Florists, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks Manage order tracking, scheduling, and timely delivery of floral arrangements Source flowers and materials, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effectiveness Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the workstation Team Leadership & Customer Service Train, mentor, and supervise junior florists and assistants Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently Regularly report to management on work progress, challenges, and achievements within assigned tasks Marketing & Brand Support Share images of ready products, fun facts, captivating floral images, and beautiful flowers to support marketing efforts Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional florist, or with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory florist role Strong knowledge of flowers, and floral design techniques Proven experience with event floral design By submitting your personal data and/or resume to us in connection with your job application, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us in collecting, using, retaining, and disclosing your personal data and/or resume to prospective employers for the purpose of the evaluating, processing and administration by company relating to this job application.
