Culina runs a Bistro and Gourmet boutique, an Organic retail store SuperNature, a flower shop Grandiflora in Dempsey as well as a chain of butcheries in Major Supermarkets island-wide.

**Job Summary**

The position of Florist (Grandiflora) is to organize, administer and implement the Company sales objectives and adherence to the floral arrangement and directives of Grandiflora.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work as a team to achieve the sales turnover target for the department under the guidance of the lead florist/s.
- Provide good customer service to ensure they always have a positive customer service experience.
- Keep a record of accessories (vases, perfumes, books etc.) and their supporting invoices.
- Submit an updated monthly stock count by last day of the month to finance dept.
- Create and design floral bouquets and arrangement (including hand bouquets, table flowers and centerpieces and hampers)
- Prepare and pack flower arrangement and other materials required for events/projects and orders from customers.
- Co-ordinate and carry out event set-up for special occasion and festive celebration.
- Liaise with suppliers on orders for flowers, plants and/or other related materials.
- Care for flowers and plants, maintain their optimum condition for storage and cleanliness.
- Optimize use of flowers and plants to minimize wastage Monitor inventory and conduct cycle count for inventory in storage

**Job Requirements**
- Certification in Floristry and relevant working experience as Florist
- 5-day work week but work on weekends & PH (9.30am to 7.00pm)
- Good customer handling, good communication skills, multitasking, responsive and a team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
