Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for teaching to join the Clinical Education Team within NHS Golden Jubilee. You will be responsible for promoting an environment that fosters learning, teaching, and the professional development of all staff members, including those undergoing training.
Responsibilities
Split your time between working clinically alongside nursing staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Engage in office work to prepare appropriate teaching materials.
Conduct formal classroom teaching sessions to support broader clinical education activities.
Attend meetings as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Registered Nurse with a degree in nursing or healthcare (or equivalent).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Track record of significant career advancement in Orthopaedic and/or General Surgery.
Active Practice Assessor status.
Evidence of providing informal local teaching within a clinical setting.
