Position Overview This project aims to implement a new core banking system across APAC branches, establishing standardized and efficient operational procedures for multiple business areas, including Trade, Lending, Deposits, Payments, Markets, and GL. Responsibilities Plan and lead the creation and revision of banking operation procedures aligned with the new core banking system implementation. Develop detailed plans, documentation, and progress management reports for user task procedures. Coordinate with regional and branch-level teams to ensure standardization of procedures while accommodating branch-specific requirements. Manage issues and progress for procedure development activities. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple branches and departments (Operations, Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, etc.). Ensure compliance and quality in procedure documentation in line with banking standards and regulations. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among physically remote teams across APAC. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field.
