Sales & Marketing Administrator (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description:

  • To support CEO in managing the sales department:
  • Sales administration activities:
  • To support the sales department with sales administrative tasks including preparing quotations, tenders, etc.
  • To receive, verify & process orders through internal liaison
  • To prepare marketing presentation materials and samples
  • To maintain and update sales & customer records, distributor agreements, etc
  • To compile monthly sales reports
  • To direct feedback from customers to relevant departments
  • To stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Marketing activities:
  • To plan & coordinate marketing campaigns, which includes planning, execution, and monitoring of various marketing initiatives
  • To plan and manage e-commerce sales activities
  • To plan & coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and social media posts
  • To do copywriting for marketing materials for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc)
  • To monitor and report on marketing analytics, such as website traffic and conversion rates
  • To maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • To plan and organise marketing events
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Marketing or Business or Architecture
  • Min. 5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced and result-driven environment
  • Conversational level in Japanese skills is required to liaise with Japan HQ and translate documents
