Responsibilities Acquire IT-related goods and services, ensuring they meet the company's standards for cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Create detailed contract documents outlining contractors' responsibilities and liabilities, protecting the company's interests. Work closely with user departments to develop tender documents with precise specifications that align with business needs. Evaluate tender submissions and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value for the organization. Skills/Requirement Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred. 2+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
