Lead Wellness Professional

A highly skilled Manager is required to oversee day-to-day shop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee staff scheduling, manage appointments, and ensure a smooth customer flow.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Hire, train, and manage wellness therapists to meet quality and service standards.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service, addressing complaints, and implementing feedback measures.
  • Inventory and Supplies Management: Manage stock levels, oversee ordering, and track inventory to maintain sufficient supplies.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the team follows health, safety, and hygiene standards, including staff training on sanitation protocols and equipment maintenance.
