The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and market penetration within General Industrial, Semiconductor (Semicon) and Marine in Singapore. This position demands a passionate and driven individual with a strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets. Travel around the region is expected. Task & Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability objectives. Develop relationships with key accounts to support and grow current business, generate new business opportunities. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities Customer Management: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, providing technical support and resolving customer issues. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Market Intelligence: Provide timely market feedback, customer trends and information for marketing Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless customer service and project delivery. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience. Experience in selling to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) is a strong plus. Knowledge of rubber/plastic products, seals, or bearings is highly advantageous. Competencies Customer Focus: Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and make sound business decisions.
