Project Director Role

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our high-security, next-generation infrastructure projects for government and public sector clients.

This role involves delivering large-scale IT projects under pressure and requires a strong track record of success in similar roles.

  • Lead project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to manage resources, risks, and change effectively
  • Maintain proactive communication through regular reporting to both clients and senior management
  • Ensure smooth execution in a 24/7 operational environment

Project Scope

  • Robotics and automation systems
  • Access control and security infrastructure
  • Border control technologies powered by biometrics and AI

These mission-critical projects directly support national-level operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in IT and engineering projects, with a minimum of 5 years in hands-on project management roles leading large-scale turnkey initiatives.

PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred, and familiarity with government or civil works-related IT projects is advantageous.

Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
