Dona Manis Cake Shop is seeking a hardworking and reliable Bakery Customer Service Assistant to support the smooth running of our bakery operations. As part of the front‐of‐house team, you will assist in tending to customers, taking their orders, and getting their pastries ready‐to‐goWe're looking for a friendly and efficient team player to join us in Katong. Organized: able to record daily inventory, report sales, answer phone calls, and take orders WSQ Level 1 Food Safety Handling Certificate required. Duties include: Supervising store staff, including cashiers and sales associates. Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring the store environment is maintained, and implementing security and safety standards. Leading the team to achieve sales targets, developing promotional content, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Monitoring store inventory, communicating with vendors, and maintaining organized stock. Monitoring store cash flow, managing budgets, and documenting sales records. Greet and welcome customers. Take customer orders (and communicate orders to the kitchen if necessary). Pack customer orders. Answer customers questions. Key in orders in POS system. Collect
