Overview Dasher Singapore is looking for an enthusiastic Onsite Technician to join our team and help customers enjoy the best of smart home technology. This role is suitable for tech-savvy individuals who love working with people and want to make homes smarter and more convenient. The role is hybrid, primarily based at our service centre, with travel to customers’ homes when needed. Key Responsibilities Install Smart Appliances: Go to customers' homes to set up smart devices such as robot vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, dishwashers, water purifiers, and smart lighting. Train Customers: Teach customers how to use their new gadgets and ensure they feel comfortable and excited about their smart home upgrades. Provide Tech Support: Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to smart devices, including smartphone app connectivity. Plumbing Knowledge: Use basic plumbing skills when installing appliances that require water connections, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s housing standards. Water Purifier/Dispenser Experience: Experience with water purifiers or dispensers is a plus to provide better service. Team Player: Collaborate with teammates to ensure a fantastic customer experience and share tips to improve service quality. Skills & Qualifications Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers Hybrid capacity: primarily based at the service centre with ability to travel to customers’ homes Valid Singapore 2B motorbike license or own a car and 3A car license Availability to work 5.5 days a week: Mondays–Fridays, 9am–6pm, Saturdays 9am–1pm Support & Training You will receive onboarding and training guided by a senior team member, then day-one hands-on repair guidance from your team lead.
