Description

The Role

Client Relationship Management

  • Responsible for day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of large corporate and international clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality service.

Service Delivery

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of endorsements, certificates, invoices, and policy documents.
  • Monitor service levels and client satisfaction, proactively resolving issues.
  • Understand clients' business and risk management needs; support Team Lead in finding solutions, including cross-selling across all products.

Strategic Support

  • Assist in developing client strategies and proposals.
  • Support cross-selling initiatives and identify opportunities for expanding services.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain client data files, service records, and meeting minutes following Willis Excellence Model standards.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and WTW's guidelines and procedures.

Program Coordination

  • Liaise with Global Office and local carriers to ensure consistent service and coverage.
  • Develop expertise in relevant documentation and processing systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of the (re)insurance market, recognizing trends and carrier capabilities.
  • Stay updated on insurance product developments.
  • Coordinate with specialists, consultants, and industry experts to deliver comprehensive client service.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Hold relevant insurance certificates - BCP, ComGI, and PGI.
  • More than 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to understand clients' business, opportunities, problems, and key issues.
  • Ability to work under time pressure to ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Prepare client and prospect presentations.
  • Be an independent, self-motivated individual committed to delivering excellent service.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain regulatory licenses and permissions as per local legislation.
