1. Website Redesign & Optimization
Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of Alibaba Cloud’s international website, ensuring it aligns with global brand standards and user expectations.
Develop and implement information architecture and navigation structures to enhance usability and accessibility.
Optimize the website for AI-powered personalization, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver tailored content and experiences.
2. UX Design & User-Centric Improvements
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces.
Ensure the website adheres to best practices in responsive design and accessibility standards.
3. A/B Testing & Experimentation
Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and user engagement.
Analyze test results and implement data-driven changes to improve key metrics such as bounce rate, time on site, and lead generation.
4. AI-Powered Website Enhancements
Leverage AI technologies to enhance website functionality, such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and dynamic content delivery.
Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to integrate advanced features like predictive analytics, personalized recommendations, and automated workflows.
5. Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Use tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms to monitor website performance and user behavior.
Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Continuously iterate on the website based on data-driven findings to improve overall performance.
Position Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, User Experience, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in website management, UX design with a focus on international audiences. Proven track record of leading website redesign projects and implementing successful UX improvements. Experience working with AI-powered website technologies and tools for personalization and automation is a plus. Strong understanding of content strategy, localization, and information architecture.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in web analytics tools, A/B testing platforms and UX design tools. Familiarity with CMS platforms and front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script). Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimize websites for search engines.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Chinese (spoken is a must and written is a plus).
