Preschool Teaching Assistants.
We have opportunities for those interested in both permanent or fixed-term positions and can accommodatean immediate start.Responsibilities / VerantworlichkeitenTo embrace in all aspects of school life
To be enthusiastic and passionate when working with children
To work in collaboration with the class teacher, parents, and children, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children
To develop respectful relationships with children, parents, and teachers
To be responsible and accountable for the supervision of children at all times
Planning and preparing classroom activities, portfolios, and school events with classroom teacher
Cohesive nature to work with parents and other members of the school community
Assist in the routine care of children
Communicate with parents, teachers, and school community
Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
Demonstrate the highest levels of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
Attend staff meetings, collaborative planning meetings, and other school events, when required, i.e. professional development
Requirements / AnforderungenExperience working with children aged 2 - 6 years
Must be proficient in German - spoken & written language - as the class will be conducted in German
Good English skills - spoken & written language - is required, as you will be interacting with English-speaking students
Have an engaging and attentive disposition with a passion and talent to work with young children
Must have experience in teaching hands-on and inquiry-led approaches as well as in a play-based curriculum
The ability to approach people in a friendly and welcoming manner
Must demonstrate strong work ethics & possess a positive working attitude and be a great team player
