Senior Recruiter (Proficient in Vietnamese)

  • Responsible for recruitment activities for stakeholders in Vietnam, who are native Vietnamese speakers.
  • Build and maintain good relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners based in Singapore and Vietnam.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Singapore and Vietnam teams, staffing community, and other team members to create successful partnerships, predictable results, and credibility.
  • Excellent understanding of the complete recruitment process, including research, sourcing, networking, behavioral-based interviewing, and closing.
  • Initiate and maintain excellent working relations as one team.
  • Use effective communication approaches, including proactively keeping others informed, expressing ideas clearly both verbally and in writing, and ensuring timeliness.
  • Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in state-of-the-art practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in Vietnamese (minimum C1 level in Vietnamese Language Proficiency Test (VLPT) or equivalent) to liaise with Vietnamese clients via calls and emails for recruitment activities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience participating in HR programs, projects, or initiatives is a plus.
