Technical Support Specialist

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and product performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to customers across various regions, troubleshooting complex issues, and developing solutions that meet their needs.

A key aspect of this position is collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and drive business growth.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in diagnostics laboratory/field applications, preferably from the IVD industry.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and coaching skills, with a strong understanding of analytical and software tools.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, this role involves working closely with implementation project managers to execute project plans and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers, resolving complex issues and improving product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with implementation project managers to execute project plans and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Microbiology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in diagnostics laboratory/field applications, preferably from the IVD industry.
  • Proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a strong understanding of analytical and software tools.
