Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a prestigious international financial services organisation to appoint a Group Head of Leadership Development, based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Group CHRO and working in close partnership with the Board, ExCo, and senior leadership across the globe, this individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing the global strategy for leadership and organisational development. The organisation is renowned for its high-performance culture and award-winning reputation, operating within a fast-paced, complex global matrix structure. As such, this individual will be comfortable leading from the front, partnering with global HR and business leaders, and aligning leadership development initiatives across all regions to support a “one global business” and “one global HR team” philosophy. A core focus of the role will be to design and deliver global initiatives across leadership assessment, development, succession planning, and performance management. This includes acting as a trusted advisor and executive coach to senior leaders, driving a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous growth. The individual will also lead the development and implementation of leadership frameworks, high-potential programs, and executive development strategies, while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership pipelines. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in senior leadership development roles within global financial services or international professional services environments. A background in organisational psychology or leadership/OD consulting would be highly advantageous. The individual will be known for their consultative approach, credibility with senior stakeholders, and ability to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions in fast-paced, complex environments.
