Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Test Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our testing group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our software products.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure thorough coverage of all software functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct performance and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and provide updates on testing progress.
  • Document and maintain test plans, scripts, and results in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and other testing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
