We’re looking for an energetic and strategic Assistant Product Marketing Manager to support the growth and positioning of our consumer broadband products. You’ll work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market plans, drive customer acquisition and retention, and support sales with product insights and tools. Ideal candidates are data-driven, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:
- Responsible for helping drive Singapore broadband businesses with emphasis on revenue, user growth, and retention for the offline channels (Retail, Dealers, MyRepublic Partners Program)
- Focused on driving demand for and adoption of MyRepublic broadband services among existing customers and prospects at top of the funnel
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and work with Head of Sales and partners on new product constructs to grab market share
- Conduct market research, customer segmentation analysis, and usability testing to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvements.
- Leverage customer feedback and behavior data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Assist with end-to-end GTM plan on new product launches and on maintaining attractiveness of existing product lines
- Provide Sales teams with product knowledge training, talking points, FAQs, and sales collateral to improve conversion and support efforts.
- Create go-to-market playbooks and toolkits that support frontline execution of product launches and campaigns.
- Help identify suitable existing or new segments for upsell/cross-sell of communication services and value-added services
- Contribute to campaigns and product launches while staying aligned with Sales, Brand & Marcom, IT and Operations teams on common objectives
- Work within and among the product teams to launch and manage new products and third-party-services in the Singapore market
- Monitor and maintain competitive benchmarks and market trends. Present analysis and propose counter or upgrade measures to maintain competitiveness
- Own and report other key metrics within product marketing, including ARPU, Churn Rate, Product Penetration
- Maintain cross-product engagement to foster collaborative relationships and an aligned approach to retention and sales augmentation
- Conduct field surveys on competitors to allow us to benchmark our offerings, observe market trends, and understand shifts in consumer behavior
- Plan and execute product strategies and promotional campaigns designed to support MyRepublic’s offline sales channels, including MyRepublic retail stores, dealer partners, and the MyRepublic Partners Program (MPP)
- Craft exclusive promotions for key roadshows to drive foot traffic to event booths and maximize sales opportunities
- Create tailored product bundles and price plans for MPPs targeting Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) accounts, group buys, and bulk deals—ensuring that partners are equipped with compelling offerings to meet diverse customer needs and remain competitive in the market
- Develop competitive and attractive offerings that appeal to consumers and enhance the value proposition of each channel

We think you’ll fit in great with us if you:
- Minimum 2 years of Product / Product Marketing experience or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field preferred
- Proficiency in the Google Workplace, Microsoft Office and WordPress
- Proven record of ideation, development and execution of campaigns or projects
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop business cases and product pricing strategies.
- Ability to articulate value propositions and tailor messaging across different segments (e.g., students, working professionals, digital natives).
- Solid understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and conversion funnels.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
