Key deliverables include requirements gathering, documentation, scoping, defining goals/deadlines, resource allocation, tracking budget, and implementation. Management of projects in accordance with the Res Med Quality Management System (QMS). Working with internal and external groups, suppliers, and other organizations as part of the delivery of the software system, including focus on integration and test activities. Let’s talk about Responsibilities The primary objective of IT Project Management specialization within the IT Project/Program Management Job Family is to facilitate project and program level processes and execution, escalate impediments, manage risk and help drive continuous improvement across the projects and programs. Key responsibilities include: defining project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; overcoming resource constraints; managing risk and issues; identification of intra-project timing and dependencies; leadership, coaching and mentoring teams to meet and exceed commitments; organizing and facilitating project status or agile ceremonies; preparing progress reports and communications for stakeholders. Focuses on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve organizational mission. Implements organization strategies through the effective direction and management of employees and resources. Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team. Coaches team members on performance, provides inputs for performance evaluations and might be involved in pay actions. Typically without budget or hire/fire authority. Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 8 years of related experience. Applies acquired expertise and exercises judgment to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent. Analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.
