What you will be working on: Responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices for software development and product management. Leverage existing frameworks or collaborate with relevant teams to develop new ones that align with organization policies and regulatory requirements. Adopt a holistic approach to stakeholder engagement, working with internal governance bodies, risk and compliance teams, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to security, regulatory and operational requirements. Refine internal processes to enhance efficiency, manage risks, and ensure seamless coordination between Product Management, Engineering and external stakeholders. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or IT security. Strong knowledge and experience with IT governance framework, risk and compliance, regulatory requirements. Proven ability to independently ensure governance standards are met, with expertise in compliance reporting. Detail‐oriented with a process‐driven approach, demonstrating strong collaboration skills and a high level of risk awareness. All new hires are appointed on a two‐year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
