We're Hiring: Freelance Content Creator (3-Month Contract)

About Us
NIVAA ) operates as a subsidiary under Kaleidoscope, focusing on providing 1-to-1 home tuition for children with special needs. We are expanding our outreach and looking for a creative partner to help us share our story and mission through engaging video content.

Role
We're looking for a freelance content creator to produce short-form video content (mainly for TikTok) that highlights our services, impact, and stories in an engaging, relatable way.
Please note: You are not required to do TikTok Live.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit TikTok videos aligned with our brand message
  • Able to edit videos quickly using CapCut, InShot, or similar apps
  • Develop creative concepts to engage parents and educators
  • Collaborate with our team to highlight student success stories and the role of educators
  • Jump on TikTok trends and adapt them creatively to our brand
  • Deliver content consistently over a 3-month contract period

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of content creation experience (freelance, agency, or in-house welcome)
  • Proven track record of TikTok, Reels, or Shorts that performed well (beyond casual posting)
  • Strong storytelling and scripting skills — able to turn simple topics into engaging, watchable content
  • Bonus if you have handled clients from an education company.
  • Bonus if you are comfortable being in front of the camera (optional).
