We are looking for a Gas Operation Executive to join our growing team. Position Overview The Gas Operation Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of gas and delivery to customers, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and operational requirements. This role supports the execution of supply optimisation plans, management of scheduling activities, and the coordination with internal teams, and SLNG closely to maintain 24/7 operational readiness. Job Responsibilities Commercial Operations Manage and monitor daily gas nominations, offtakes, and scheduling to meet contractual obligations with downstream buyers Operate and maintain GasCo’s nomination systems and portals, participate in duty coverage on a rotational schedule including coordination with buyers and IT support Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner Ensure accurate and timely processing of billing and invoicing for accounts receivable and payable Be available to address and manage critical issues that arise outside of regular business hours Contract Compliance & Regulatory Support Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and emergency protocols to ensure safe, compliant gas delivery Support compliance activities, including audits, regulatory submissions, and performance monitoring of upstream and downstream counterparties Performance Monitoring & Reporting & Process Improvement Implement and maintain processes to monitor gas shipping and buyer performance, including nomination variances and contract compliance Utilise operational systems to track inventory, cargo movement, and send‑out data Prepare and submit timely daily and weekly reports to the Commercial Operations Manager Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in an Energy-related, Engineering, Operations Management or related field Gas/utility related operations background preferred Basic knowledge of IT systems Experience in operating Gas Sales Agreements, Terminal Use Agreements, Gas Transportation Agreements, and the Singapore Gas Network Code will have a strong advantage Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work and problem‑solve independently Ability to work under pressure to manage operational emergencies Preferably 1 year of working experience Fresh diploma or graduates are welcome to apply Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Strategy/Planning and Distribution Industries Natural Gas Distribution Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Singapore GasCo by 2x Get notified about new Operations Executive jobs in Singapore, Singapore .
