We are a listed company in Nasdaq and we are looking for the following role: Define the scope, goals, and deliverables of electrical projects. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments. Review and approve electrical engineering plans and specs. Execution & Project Oversight Lead the execution of electrical works in construction or infrastructure projects. Monitor progress against schedules and adjust as necessary. Oversee installation of electrical and low-voltage systems. Ensure proper coordination with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, etc.). Team Management - Manager and mentor managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance. Ensure workforce adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Quality Assurance & Compliance - Ensure all electrical works comply with local codes and industry best practices. Conduct regular inspections and audits of site work. Manage QA/QC processes, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Budgeting & Cost Control - Develop and manage project budgets specific to electrical scope. Monitor project costs and control expenditures to stay within budget. Approve invoices, change orders, and negotiate with vendors/subcontractors. Communication & Coordination - Act as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders. Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare reports for senior management or clients. Address and resolve any conflicts, delays, or technical issues. Project Close-Out - Ensure proper documentation (as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties) is completed. Oversee final testing, commissioning, and client handover.
